Wonderful hotel in a super nice area close to Austin. Reasonably large room with multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making equipment, and ironing facilities. - Great views of the Austin skyline from our room. - Very pleasant and immensely pleasant staff.

Pillows and blankets are awesome. Staff was super friendly.
Had hair in my bath tub but I looked that over. Then there was a Huge flying cockroach in my room at 11:00 at night! Had to immediately switch rooms as I am terified of those nasty things.

Helpful and friendly staff, place is tidy, and the breakfast is top-notch 🌟. Convenient location for both the embassy and a Starbucks nearby. Great spot for a calm visit.

The rooms here are modern and have a cool vibe. It's super easy to get on I35 and the thermostat is conveniently placed by the vent, which is a great setup. The breakfast won't break the bank and checking in is a breeze. just what you need for a comfortable stay! 🌟

Our room wasn't cleaned on Saturday when we returned after a long day it was disappointing to return to an uncleaned room. I called to get clean towels and promptly received them. However it would have been nice to return to a clean room.

Staff was the BEST. Could not ask for better service, despite having issue checking in, the staff worked very hard to correct the issue and make sure we were pleased.
Property is very dated, pictures on the website are very misleading. Hotel feels very old and not as clean as I would expect for a Hilton property.

Got a fully functional, good-sized room
Easy access to I35. Private parking on their premises. Great service. The air filtering machine in the lobby was a nice touch

The hotel location is very bad, coming in and going out of the hotel is very hard to get on the main street.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was large and bed was comfortable.
I thought this was the location closest to the UT campus. I would encourage people to look closely at the address in relation to UT if you are going to Austin for an event on campus. This location was not far, but with rush hour traffic, it was not as easy to get to this hotel as the Double Tree closer to the UT campus.
